Returns
You have 30 days from when an item is delivered to return it.
To qualify for a return:

  • It must also be in the original packaging.
  • It has to be posted back in the original packaging.
  • You need proof of purchase (receipt or order number).

Non-returnable items:

  • All items are eligible for a refund as per our policy.

Refunds
When we receive your returned item, we inspect it and immediately process the refund. You will receive an email notification regarding the status of your refund. If approved, the refunded amount will be transferred back to your original payment method, and it will reflect in your bank account within 7-10 business days. We also provide a free prepaid return label for your convenience.

Delayed or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t gotten your refund in the expected time frame:

  • Look for a bank account or credit card statement.
  • Check with your bank or payment provider, as it can take time.

Exchanges
Exchanges are available for defective, damaged, or sizing issues. To request an exchange, please email support@styrizjackets.com with a description, proof of the issue, and size details.
